Entry Level Role

Assistant Team Leader

£31,750-£32,980 (inc. sleeps)

• Must be qualified to Level 4
• Must have 2 years’ experience in residential care for children

Senior Leader Role

Senior Manager

£55,000 – 58,000 

  • Must be Qualified to L5
  • Must be Willing to work towards L7 senior Leader qualification
  • Must have 2 years experience as a Registered Manager

Mid Level Role

Team Leader

£37,443 – £39,404 (inc sleepins)

  • Must be Qualified to Level 4
  • Must have 2 years experience in residential care for children

Senior Leader Role

Head of Care

£60,000 – 75,000

  • Must be enrolled on the L7 Senior Leader qualification
  • Must have 5 years experience in residential care for children

Mid Level Role

Assistant manager

£36,000-£43,000 (inc. sleeps)

•  Must be willing to work towards L5
•  Must have 1 Years experience in leadership role with children

Entry Level Role

Residential Care Worker

£30,350 – £31,483 (inc sleepins)

•  Must be willing to work towards L4 within 2 years

Mid Level Role

Registered Manager

£45,000 – £55,000

• Must be willing to work towards L5
• Must have 2 Years experience in a leadership role in residential care for children
