The staff team are the best I have ever worked with, and I feel great about the support provided here. In my view, my child is doing really well and responds positively to the team’s approach. The care provided reflects corporate parenting, but done in a way that is thoughtful, effective, and tailored to meet his individual needs. I have no concerns regarding communication and no safeguarding concerns to raise. I have also spoken with other young people in the home and feel that they are happy and well supported.
