Entry Level Role
Residential Care Worker
Upto £32980
• Must be qualified to Level 4
• Must have 2 years’ experience in residential care for children
Mid level roles
Team Leader
Upto £37,270
- Must be Qualified to L5
- Must be Willing to work towards L7 senior Leader qualification
- Must have 2 years experience as a Registered Manager
Mid level roles
Registered Manager
Upto £58,000
- Must be Qualified to Level 4
- Must have 2 years experience in residential care for children
Senior leader role
Head of Care
Upto £75000
- Must be enrolled on the L7 Senior Leader qualification
- Must have 5 years experience in residential care for children
Entry level roles
Assistant Team Leader
Upto £35,380
• Must be willing to work towards L5
• Must have 1 Years experience in leadership role with children
Mid level roles
Assistant Manager
Upto £39,780
• Must be willing to work towards L4 within 2 years
Senior leader role
Senior Manager
Upto £62,000
• Must be willing to work towards L5
• Must have 2 Years experience in a leadership role in residential care for children
